| Environmental
awareness and depleting water resources are dictating needs for
treatment and recycling of the waste water being generated with
ever rising industrial
activities.
FTI is working in this direction with
the sole idea of treating the waste water to comply with
environmental standards with an added benefit of exploring the possibilities
of recycling
this treated waste water.
FTI is offering most competitive and
practical approach to achieve this objective incorporating the most
advanced technologies available nowadays. The processes being offered
include:
- Physio-Chemical
Addition of chemicals to disperse and reduce the dye-stuff from
incoming waste water which results in considerable reduction of
COD and BOD at this stage to reduce load on downstream biological
system.
- Clarification
Highly efficient clarifiers are employed to reduce suspended solid
load already present in waste and also if increased during physio-chemical
process.
- Biological
Treatment
Activated sludge process in combination with physio- chemical
or alone can be incorporated as the situation demands.
- Disinfection
Disinfection by chemicals or with the help of alternate processes
i.e. UV Sterilizer or Ozonation can be employed after careful
review of the situation.
- Filtration
Suspended solid level reduction to comply with the desired standards
or to make it fit to recycle through tertiary treatment i.e. Reverse
Osmosis Desalination.
- Reverse
Osmosis Desalination
Treated effluent to be processed through RO units to bring it
at desired level as far as salinity is concerned.
